Executive Next Practices Institute CEO To Present At The 2014 Global Leadership Excellence & Awards Forum

President & CEO Will Keynote on 100 Day Leadership Performance

Vail, Colo. (April 3, 2014) — Scott Hamilton, President & CEO of the Executive Next Practices Institute (ENP)— an innovation think tank for C-level business executives to review new leadership and business strategies— will be presenting on “The Crucial First 100 Days of a Leader in a New Role, Assignment or Project: Managing the Political, Cultural and Operational Minefields,” at the 2014 Global Leadership Excellence Forum on April 9-11 at the Vail Cascade Resort and Spa in Colorado. He will be joined by fellow leadership experts Marshall Goldsmith, Jack Zenger, Beverly Kaye, and Robert Cancalosi from GE among others.

The Global Leadership conference, hosted by HR.com, is changing the way leadership is approached by creating a customized program that allows thought leaders to design and develop to organizational requirements. The global event platform will enable thought leaders to share all the educational sessions and speakers with staff, community or members in a model that is cost effective, localized and relevant to the business.

The two-and-a-half-day program will provide the tools and resources needed to create top leaders throughout an entire organization. On Wednesday, April 9, Hamilton will discuss the following key topics:

  • Developing a leadership strategic template for the first 100 days—for everyone in a new role or assignment.
  • The top ten critical mistakes that lead to an early exit—and how to avoid them.
  • Building commitment and leveraging influence among your executive team to support your plans—in 60 days or less.
  • Five new coaching tools for use in supporting the new executive or others new to their role.
  • How to launch & maintain a rolling 100 day plan for maximum executive and team effectiveness.

The session is designed to “bring it all together” and support leadership development strategies to thought leaders and will be held on Friday April 9, 2014 at Vail Cascade Resort and Spa–1300 Westhaven Drive Vail, Colo. The session will begin at 8:45 am and conclude at 5:15 p.m.
